Do I agree they will? I would say that you could file a case with
CertSupport to refund/change within the 90-day window. Contract law
would seem to indicate that the original contract we had regarding
paying for a date for the lab was now different. I'm not a lawyer
though, but I'd hazard a guess that this has dawned on someone at
Cisco. (or at least will now!) :)
Tasks/points in the lab are smaller than what they were. When the
troubleshooting comes in, they'll be smaller yet. They will not,
however, get rid of the OEQs. It'll be a three-part exam.
