If you can do a full lab starting at the same time the actual lab starts.
One a day for 5 days or so prior to sitting the lab. This will help
condition you for the 8 hr lab and you get some extra practice in.

Prior to the lab I did something similar, as time permitted and I ran into
an issue with my practice lab that I got stuck on and wouldn't you know it I
ran into a similar issue during my lab.

Also make sure you can find things easily on the doc cd.

Doubt will eat you alive. Don't let it.

Relax the day before you go take the lab don't study the last day. Clear
your mind. You are ready , you put in a lot of hard work. You know this.
You're ready.
