Peter:
When you try and recall these items, what is it that is derailing the
process? Is it a possible thought of looking unprepared ( maybe you are
pressuring yourself to give an answer without giving yourself enough time to
process the details)?

I sometimes feel like this and find myself asking a question to clarify what
someone is asking me.

I think you could do the same with the OEQ's. If you are asked something,
then think through it a bit, maybe make up a simple scenario in your head
with the technology in question to illustrate it in your head.

**Disclaimer - I am not a psychologist but I have stayed at a Holiday Inn
Express:-)
