Keep in mind I haven't actually attempted the exam, however, the
consensus seems to be that if you prepare as you would have before they
were introduced you will be fine. You need to learn the technologies
and not take shortcuts. If you want to then over prepare there are
heaps of ways such as:

- INE core knowledge simulator
- INE written COD
- IP Expert core knowledge simulator
- re-read all the books you have read like Doyle 1 and 2 and the written
cert guide
- read RFC's until you absorb everything (no thanks..)
- re-watch vendor COD for topics you are weak at
- re do technology focused mini labs

Its lunch time now so I wont elaborate further but you get the idea.
There is no one product or way of preparing for the OEQ. You just need
to study for the lab properly and have a tiny bit of luck so you dont
get more than one question on a topic you are vague on.
