That's just mean, Rene. How about just asking: do you have a CCIE? If the
answer is yes, and you think they are good, hire them, as you are a good
judge of technical ability. Let me know what questions you think are fair
from an employment interview perspective and I'll add them into our free
CCIE Quizzer: this is true for anyone BTW, as the *free* CCIE Quizzer can be
easily adapted to however many questions you can suggest. Just make sure you
verify the answers, so I don't look silly: I'll do a quick google search to
verify, of course, but my time is precious as is everyone's and google
doesn't always sort truth from fiction.

If you think they need some polishing send them here for a quick refresher
course: it's more fun doing a course as a student anyway when you don't have
to be concerned with a lab exam. Well, not an official Cisco one: ours are
harder, anyway, and our vClass is currently only $100 more than the cost of
just doing one lab at Cisco. Wow, I only just realized that our sales team
make me do the job of a proctor on a Friday PLUS teach for 40-80 hours in
the week. I need to talk with someone about that... :)

If they don't have a CCIE, send them here to get theirs on the first go, if
they are prepared to take my advice and not book the lab until IPexpert
staff confirm we believe they are ready to pass. If we are wrong, we'll have
to ensure that we add more content to our labs. Speaking of which, I should
really get back to that...

Cheers,

isn't 20 just an example of an mtu value ? I mean 5*296 comes to 1480 so it
make kind of sence ?

good questions :-)

probably going to use them on the next job interview on the job candidate
just to scare them :-)
