As always... Yes. A purchase today will still get all the updated
materials as the new stuff is released.

The exceptions/caveats have to do with your ordering the printed
materials. You are entitled to free electronic updates. Printing is
either on your own, or for a nominal fee at each desired reprint. But
PDF, it's all yours all the time!

Even if you wish updates after clearing your CCIE to help refresh your
memory on things or learn new stuff as it comes out. It's all good.
