On the other side there is a physical F-.R int with the corresponding
frame-relay map ipv address assigning the correct DLCI to the link-local
address that the far end assigned to is F-R p2p interface "show ipv6
interface brief" I took the link-local address from the output of that
command.

Is it necessary to configure a local-link address in a F-R p2p interface?
Since it has only one way to go, try the config w/o it and works.
Any clarification/links r welcome.
