BB routers are not under your administration hence you do not have to check for
reachability for networks on their side unless you are explicitly asked to

In general with BGP you expect to see many BGP routes coming from your BB
routers and flooding all your BGP routers.
You are responsible to make sure all these routes are propagated with the
correct next-hop.

After that you may apply filters and policies as you like ;)

I will not check for their reachability or try to ping any BGP BB routes unless
asked to
