UCM 6.1 Sending SNMP Traps to a server problem

Dear experts,

I have a call manager version 6.1 and I need to send the SNMP traps to a
server (using a free snmp utiility). I am only able to view the hardware
type and Operating system.
I want to view the CPU utilization/memory status all possible traps. Anyone
has an idea? Plus can someone clarify what does the SNMP OID (Object ID
mean?
