I think Mr.Nasim you did not work for big organization and seems to be
working with small firm.
There are some banks which uses HP Open view Over Cisco Works.
HP open view has multiple modules(suite of software applications) and there
are specialized engineers for NMS for large-scale system.
what you means by " Why to Spend thousands of dolloars for really nothing."
There are some places where money doesnt keep value like
banks,Airlines,Ministry sectors to keep tracking on system.
