Cisco Configuration in Foundary switch ?

Hey All,

Anybody know how to create SVI in foundary switches ?

In Cisco
router #

Vlan 100

Interface Vlan 100
ip address 100.100.100.100 255.255.255.0

intercface f0/1
sw acc vlan 100
sw mo acc

interface f0/2
sw acc vlan 100
sw mo acc

How I will implement same configuration in foundary L3 switch ?
