Re: too slow when typing at lab exam

It used to be that equipment was physically in RTP, San Jose, Brussels
and Sydney. Everyone else was remote. Now that ALL equipment has been
moved to a separate facility in San Jose, EVERYONE gets remote access to it.

Still, some locations will be faster than others, but everyone's in the
same boat in terms of remote resets or hardware issues.
