Hmm, rereading Cisco's article I noticed the following:
There are two flavors in NSSA, just like in stub areas. There are NSSAs that
block type 5 and type 4 LSAs, but allow type 3 LSAs, and there are NSSA
totally stub areas, which allow only summary default routes and filters
everything else.
So, Cisco seems indeed to block type 4 LSAs with NSSA's.
But still strange, that they explicitely list this type 4 blocking with
Totally NSSA's.
