Bryan,
I can understand how you might have scored like that. One the commands
required is undocumented :), I probably don't have to mention which one. What
difficulty level do you guys give that one? Felt like a tough 7 or solid 8 to
me. Based on your grading script, it seems there is some leeway with
different tasks, but lack of creativity with others. Correct me if I'm wrong
(offline, of course, both for my sake :o and for the integrity of you lab),
but is Task1.1 even possible? It seems there are two mutually exclusive items
or maybe I just don't understand the wording in the 3rd sentence. My only
other beef with the grading system was an alternative solution to the security
section.
What I really liked about the exam was another perspective on wording and a
challenging new format that tested both written (wording of tasks required a
theory level understanding to accomplish certain tasks) and configuration
knowledge. The equipment at proctorlabs is top notch, I was very impressed to
be on equipment that I would expect to find in the lab, proper horsepower
etc.
Overall, it was great experience, thanks for putting out free and challenging
lab.
If anyone of the IPExpert guys wouldn't mind a couple emails off list about my
issues, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks!
-ryan

Ryan,
Don't worry about passing I got a 41 on Mock Lab 1 the first time I took it
:-) Although that was merely a few months into my prep and a really ego
shaker. My advice is just to at least come up with a solution for every task.

FYI.. I'm trying to take "the graded mock lab", but my choices under graded
are:
R&S ILT Lab 2 and 3
R&S OWLE Labs 1-4
R&S Workbook Vol3 Labs 1-5

I'm using my one free session this morning and I wasn't aware that I would
have some many choices. Which one should I do? FYI, I'm less than one week
out.
Thanks!
