It's not a dumb question at all. The ASET labs are referred to as Gold labs, you'll need a local SE to get you access to them. Our direct SE's had no idea what I was talking about, but my regional SE that does most of the training got me access. They are free BTW and done through labgear.net. It's an interesting format, all Java based, but it's good to hear someone else's language in question asking.
The labs themselves are pretty easy and even the full length labs don't necessarily require full reachability, just task completeness.
In short, talk to your SE (assuming you work for a Cisco Partner). You may have to use their lingo (Gold Labs), here is the link for a little more detail:
