LOL - unfortunately not.
It is a private company. Very much the puzzle a this point.
I'll figure it out tomorrow when I can actually talk to one of the end users
that had the problem.
For all I know they are using a Dell laptop with click to call enabled and
Dell support on a speed dial:-)
