A good configuration may like this:

Main Branch
----------------------------------------
ntp server 10.1.2.3
ntp master 5
-----------------------------------------

10.20.20.20 , 10.40,40,40 and 10.50.50.50 router:
----------------------------------
ntp server 10.30.30.30
----------------------------------

By this way, if the NTP server fails, the Main Branch would take place the
final ntp server.
