Dynamic ACLs on 3750/3560?

HI folks.Does Lock & Key AKA Dynamic ACLs work for you on 3750/3560?
It never works for me. the same config works fine on a router though.
I came across this in the Cisco documentation:

Does it mean Lock and Key are not supported on 3560?
But again i remember seeing a Dynamic ACL question in one of the IE Full
Labs, this was done on the switch.
I am confused.
