Provider track.
Seems like there was a couple of pdf's out on Cisco's Jive Website.
Antonio Soares is the man for extra labs.
Each of the vendors offers some labs too and this should prove at least
somewhat helpful.
I've heard a lot of people using the CCIP Track as a good prep for the CCIE
SP Written too.
Cisco Press offers a load of books for mostly each topic.
