tftp and slax

I installed tftp_hpa_0_42-1.lzm on my slax thumb drive.B On a 3350 I'm
trying to do a copy flash to tftp.B Did debug tftp and it's trying to
send it to slax.B Timing out.B Any suggestions as to root folders to
install I've tried quite a few.B B I could not find the equivalent of the
solaris /etc/inetd.conf file.
