RE: OT :Preparing for CCIE V3 (Security/Voice) - Kuwait

I'll have to agree with the toad. There seems to be a much bigger demand
for Voice in the marketplace. I'd put it around a 3 to 1 or 4 to 1 ratio
with regards to supply/demand (maybe even closer to 5 to 1). There also
seems to be a much stronger group of people who are "fluent" in security
versus people who are "fluent" in voice.

thanks,

If I were you Sahid, I would choose "Voice".
There are plenty of security professional in the IT space - e.g.
CISSP, and other industry standard, including CCIE in security.

The way voice industry is growing is drastically. I normally install
2-3 big projects in a month (voip migration).

I'm not sure about your country but in ANZ/USA, there is a big
transformation /coversion going on - traditional PABX to IP based
PABX. I did not see anyone buying any traditional pabx for the last 2
years.

Just my 000.2 cents! damn S&P is down today so only 0.0000001 cent.
