I prefer answers that minimize commands necessary, so I like your solution
better than the proctor guide. Also, if another pvc is added between r3 and
r4 you'd have to make a deliberate effort to block inverse-arp for that
specific dlci if you used the workbook solution whereas your solution will
be good no matter what dlcis are available.

I noticed that a lot of IE 4.1 solutions like to leave inverse-arp on by
default unless the requirement is there to turn it off - I'm not a big fan
of inverse-arp since I don't want to deal with 'magical connections' during
the lab. I think it just comes down to a different point of view - there
are often several ways of solving a problem and as long as you satisfy the
requirements (this is an easy one to test), you're fine.
