Clearly It is saying that you don't have enough available DSPs.
Change your codecs to lower complexity, or if you are already using low
complexity codecs, just add/change your PVDMs.

I need some help , I trying to install the New Voice gateway due to some
reason its gave me errors, please see below , when I configured the
controller
E1 1/0 it gave me the below error ..
