RE: EIGRP - SOS

Use whatever unless they say otherwise.

I usually go sh interface on a fastethernet and copy the values.. some
people say make it the same as a regular Ethernet..

e.g:
Rack1R5# sho int fa0/0
-removed-
  MTU 1500 bytes, BW 100000 Kbit, DLY 100 usec,
     reliability 255/255, txload 1/255, rxload 1/255
