Lovely. I've had this happen with a customer for a while. They have way
too many phones to try and grab traces (it takes 2-3 months for this bug
to show) so we haven't determined the root cause. What have you seen as
the cause? Still unknown?

Take a look at your conference bridge resources using RTMT. You could
have some resources in a "stuck" state. I think this is a known bug in
UC 6.1. If you don't want to do any troubleshooting and you just want to
try to fix it, restart your conference bridge and see if that does the
trick.

When I try to put someone on hold or do a conference call, the call
drops.
It was working fine for the past two weeks without any issues. Help.
