No, there are no revenue requirements for basic partnership.
Obviously you won't be getting gold status or any of that, but you can
become a basic partner with zero revenue. It's been a while since I
went through the process, but I seem to recall that the basic
requirement is that you be an officer (pres/ceo) of an incorporated
company and not just an LLC or something along that line. I don't
recall if there were any "years in business" type of requirements.
It's been too long for this crusty old brain to recall all of the
details but the bottom line is that it's not all that difficult if you
have incorporated a company.
