Seems a lot of things are starting in the East and floating West.

Anyway 30% of the current Blueprint would be considerable and may have
spurred the initial news I got wind of of this morning.

Let's see...

I guess the CCIE Written and the current CCNP would be good places to place
bets on the 30% factor.
