3725 slot0: Won't save to startup config

Hi all,

Just loaded my 3725 with new ios in slot0: and now it won't save any changes
to my startup config, it always reloads to the "would you like to enter the
initial configuration dialog [yes/no]

I am unable to save the config by doing the write memory, I've also tried
saving the running config that I see under system to the startup config in
NVRAM but that doesn't seem to work (listed below).

Any thoughts?
