While we're on this topic, here's a good trick to convert these
Assured Forwarding class values to decimal (I saw it first in Wendel
Odom's QoS book):

AFxy
8 * x + 2 * y = decimal value

e.g.

AF22:
8 * 2 + 2 * 2 = 16 + 4 = decimal 20

AF41:
8 * 4 + 2 * 1 = 32 + 2 = decimal 34
