Default route 'travels' on LSA 5 in normal area. Normal area permits LSA5,
therefore you can originate them. You cannot originate default route in stub
and totally stubby area simply because it is STUB. NSSA and totally NSSA is
an exception because default route can 'travels' on LSA 7 :)
