Time management suggestion

Hi Guys,

In the next weeks I'm going to attempt for first time (I hope the only)...
before in this list I've seen that some people completed the lab in 4 hours
or 5 hours... and for other people the 7h isn't enough.. now please could
you suggest/recommend which will be the "ideal" time distribution among the
main topics:

Switching/Frame Relay
IGP (Ipv6 included)
BGP
Multicast
QoS
IPServices and security.
