Did anyone else noticed the difference in those two statements?

Other synonyms for **may** are possibly, might, etc, etc.... Depending on
one's English orientation/background, one could read that second sentence
and think GEE! Cisco is giving me a choice between accessing the DOC-CD and
not accessing it. When we all know that, what they actually meant is ....

* You MUST NOT access the DOC-CD to answer these questions.

I know, it will not cost extra money to make the instructions a little
clearer, especially for foreign candidates.
