I'm not sure how much I'm allowed to ask about the Core questions, but I'm
also feeling very anxious about this section even though my lab isn't for
awhile still. When this section was first announced, I was under the
impression that the questions would be graded prior to allowing the
candidate to sit the lab portion - if you potentially are writing an essay,
what kind of delay does that give you between completing that section and
getting the go-ahead to start the lab...

And if it's all graded at the end of the 8 hours, that seems kind of cruel
when you can fail all your marks by getting 2 core questions wrong.

If anyone can elaborate without breaking NDA, I'd sure appreciate some
insight.
