how to enable syslog and prevent syslog messages from entering

Hi,

What I want to achieve here is to enable syslog and syslog messages are not
going to display on my console line while I might be able to see debugging
messages on my console line.

I enabled syslog and it bothers me woth messages it send to console line, I
just want router send messages to syslog server and bother routers console
with them.

the only way I can rid of syslog loggings is "no logging console" ,in this
way I also will disable debugging to my console which is not desireable.

Any idea?
