C3850 CE-----------> PE GSR (holding CEoIP )
C6500 CE------------>PE GSR ( Holding SIGTRAN, GDMP+GMPS + VOICE )
Both connected to the same PE GSR, so will mark ALL this traffic as EF &
EXP5 with a Fat Queue inside the PIPE :)
