Dynamips .net for IEWB vol 1 version 5.0

Hi GS,
 
I'm just about to hit the new IEWB Volume I - version 5.0 with some force
and curious if anyone knows where to grab a copy of the updated .net file?
I've found some references about the changes needed, but given the
popularity of IEWBs, no point re-inventing the wheel if someone's already
done it once.
