Sh fram pvc | i DLCI, should be enough to see which ones are active. You should also use that command to allow for fram inarp on only a specific DLCI.

Simple frame-relay setup was not working, and my gut feeling was that
solution applied was Corrrect.
Later after applying "Frame-relay lmi-type cisco" it started showing active
and working.

I could get into same issue at LAB Exams.

Normally DLCI are giving in Exam, what if not given, how could someone
identify the DLCI if not given.
