Good Question Jason and I also think it is related to the VRFs. While
I could not find any source of information to confirm this, I labbed
this up with 2 routers connected back-to-back and a vrf running across
them. A debug output of IP addresses within the VRF showed the tableid
=1 whereas, any IP addresses in the global routing table had a tableid
= 0.
I would have to dig up more to find a source of information online,
but only if I had the time ;-( .
May be someone has more information on it
