Little qos question

Hi guys,
I am playing with qos and having some problem with the testing :
Topology
PC1----------SW1(3560)--------SW2(3560)--------PC2
Requirement :I wand to mark PC1 traffic on SW1 going to PC1 and verify it on
SW2 port going to PC2with the marked dscp value.
Configuatation:
I am using th MQC on SW1 , I used ip access-list then try mac access-list but
unfortunatelyswitch does not show any packet match with Service-Plicy.
access-list 1 permit 10.0.0.0 0.255.255.255
class-map match-all ABC
  match access-group 1
policy-map PABC class ABC set dscp 54
interface FastEthernet0/2
 service-policy input PABC
