more than likely an MTU mismatch. You can make sure they match or put "ip ospf mtu-ignore" on the end with the smaller MTU

"clear ip ospf proccess"

alternatively leave your switch system mtu at 1504 and just change you
routing mtu to 1500 on your switch:
