Per host bandwidth limitation

Hi all

I have a situation like this :

Hosts are in this subnet : 10.131.240.0/24
Destination is : 10.131.61.192/26

Could you tell me how can i limit bandwidth for each PC in host area to
destination range with 512 kbps in cisco 7600 series ?

I do not want use 256 class map for doing this .
Is there any more efficient way to do that ?
