Query regarding Proxy server and Dial-in VPN

Hello Experts,

Need an advice , I need to dial VPN to a site using PPTP (windows dialer) .
Now i have connectivity to internet but its through proxy and the dialer
does not understand proxy.

Thanks to suggest if there is any way how can i make the windows dialer
proxy aware.
