Here is the working config i have. only thing is GRE keep alive is not
supported in vrf-lite

interface Tunnel10
 ip vrf forwarding 100
 tunnel vrf 100
 ip address 10.1.1.1 255.255.255.252
 ip mtu 1454
 ip tcp adjust-mss 1414
 qos pre-classify
 tunnel source 1.1.1.1
 tunnel destination 2.2.2.2

GRE keepalives are not supported if vrf is configured:
