Ignore my previous post, as you have now confirmed DHCP is indeed
breaking. Have you tried another IP phone? Could be the internal
switch in the Phone is behaving a bit dodgy?
Also how is the switch port configuration like?
Does the switch learn the MAC of the PC during the 'delay' period in
which DHCP breaks
