They have POPs in the countries you listed, but
Internet Solutions foot print in africa is very extensive,
And yes mostly sat, as cable in dark africa is still a ground breaking
technology :D

IS can definetly provide you with any MPLS end-to-end connectivity between
1- South-Africa ( the HQ)
2- US,
3- UK,

As those are the location of the main POPs.
I do belive their MPLS backbone is the biggest in africa, and it spans
global.

I would suggest getting in touch withone of their sales chaps,
 they can really sell, what ever you need and dont :)
