Forcing SVI to stay shutdown

Hi All,

Has any one ever come accross the error below? I've seen cisco KB but it
refers to FWSM which is not installed in the slot described in the error.

Forcing SVI 84 to stay shutdown (SVI 89 tied to line card in slot 3.)

In slot 3, I don't have firewall module card, I've 10 gig card in there.
