Also, I believe only static routing is supported over 6to4 tunnels.

Agreed, also if you are doing to auto 6to4, you will also need routes with
embedded ipv4 addresses as the next hops.

R4:
ipv6 route 2001:6::/64 2002:606:606::1 <---6.6.6.6 embedded in next hop

R6:
ipv6 route 2001:4::/64 2002:404:404::1 <---4.4.4.4 embedded in next hop

This is assuming you want connectivity between the Loopback6 interfaces. But
like Ryan said, I don't think auto 6to4 is a requirement. Just seems you need
P2P connectivity.
