Are you absolutey sure you have the same route from EIGRP?
 
The one you are showing from the routing table is a host specific route (/32, or 255.255.255.255). Are you sure that the same prefix/mask pair is being advertised by EIGRP?

EIGRP external? Show ip ei top x.x.x.x/24 to see.
