It correct wording is load-sharing. Load-balancing is impossible on
separate routers.
You can can achieve load-sharing to some degee, but I would require a lot of
config, and possibly manual maintance.
Chances to get it even, is highly unlikely, but if you goal is to send some
traffic down link A and some down link B,
with failover to the other link and vice versa, YES, it possible to
load-share outbound.
Influencing your return traffic however, (likely the bulk of your traffic)
can prove
to be even more challenging, large-part depends on what sort routing you ISP
are doing,
and what they allowing you to do,
and where the destinations are with respect to you upstream ISP's
Im obvious assuming you have your own registered ASN, and Public IP's?
There is really a lot to take in account before even considering to try
this.
And it although possible it could become a real pain in the dark-spot.
