how are you going to advertise your LAN in the two ISPs with different ASs
?in real life you must get their agreement on this
what kind of balance you are looking for , per packet or per destination ?
I have done the per packet type but with single ISP and 2 links using
loopbacks as neighbor not wan IPs
per destination is more simple
